Guy is a Building Surveyor, with a further expertise in Energy Calculation and Assessment. As a qualifies Building Surveyor for over 8 years he has worked with Private clients, developers, National Organisations and the Public Sector.
Within Building Surveying Guy has an varied knowledge of building pathology and survey related matters, as well as architectural design. Guy brings a wealth of knowledge to projects considering both design, practicality and the efficiency of the construction process and a working building.
For a number of years Guy consulted to national organisations writing and delivering Energy courses throughout the British Isles in accordance with the EPBD legislation.
