£50 John Lewis Voucher Ts and Cs

  • Submit your friend's details using the link 
  • When your friend does a workshop through us, and pays for it, we'll send you a voucher worth £50
  • Enjoy spending your vouchers
  • The friend must have been previously unknown to Raynes Architecture.
  • It is your responsibility to contact Raynes Architecture in order to claim your gift
  • When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.
  • The opening and closing dates of the offer will be 00:01am on the 27th January 2016 to 27th March 2016
  • There is no cash alternative to the Vouchers. We reserve the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable. 
  • Each claimant may be required to participate in reasonable press or PR activity related to the offer as notified by Raynes Architecture.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these rules at any time without prior notice, with no liability to any entrants.
  • We can accept no responsibility for entries which fail to be properly submitted for any technical reason whatsoever, and will reject entries submitted by any other means.
  • Gift vouchers and gift cards
  • You can exchange John Lewis gift vouchers for goods in all John Lewis and Waitrose shops, and use them to purchase goods online or over the telephone at johnlewis.com.
  • You may not use Gift vouchers for magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads on johnlewis.com.
  • You cannot exchange gift vouchers for cash.
  • If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, we'll leave any balance as a credit for you with johnlewis.com, and redeem it against subsequent orders.
  • You may not use gift vouchers to discharge indebtedness on any account or credit card issued by John Lewis PLC, Waitrose Ltd, or John Lewis Financial Services Ltd, nor use them for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including John Lewis gift vouchers.
  • When you redeem gift vouchers online or over the telephone for products available via johnlewis.com, you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher, and the online security code which is revealed by scratching off the holographic panel.
  • Once you have scratched off the panel, the gift voucher cannot be redeemed in any of our shops. If the security code has already been used when shopping online or over the telephone at johnlewis.com, the voucher will be void. If your gift vouchers become accidentally damaged, please contact Customer Services.
  • Gift vouchers are void if the perforated tear-off area has been removed.
  • If you have to return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will credit your online shopping account against further purchases. You may also return goods to any John Lewis shop. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • John Lewis Partnership gift cards
  • You can only redeem the John Lewis Partnership gift card in John Lewis or Waitrose shops. You can also use it to purchase goods over the telephone or online at johnlewis.com or waitrose.com as part or full payment for goods.
  • The following exclusions apply to use of our gift card: John Lewis Gift List, John Lewis restaurants and cafes, waitrosedirect.com, waitrosecellar.com, all petrol stations; Welcome Break Waitrose shops; Waitrose Cookery School; Leckford Farm Shop and Nursery; waitrosegarden.com; waitrosepet.com; Waitrose licensed shops in UAE. Gift cards may not be used for magazine subscriptions, photo printing or software downloads on johnlewis.com.
  • You cannot use the gift card to discharge indebtedness in respect of an account card or credit card issued by John Lewis plc, Waitrose Limited or John Lewis Financial Services Limited, nor can you use it for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including John Lewis Partnership gift cards.
  • Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards
  • The gift card will expire 24 months after the last transaction on the card. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
  • Gift cards can be activated in our shops with a minimum value of £1 (£10 online). Gift cards have a maximum value of £500.
  • When using gift cards online or over the telephone, we will ask you to give the barcode serial number of the gift card, and the online security PIN code. The PIN code is on the back of the gift card and is visible after removing the silver scratch panel.
  • This card cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or cash refunds on gift card transactions.
  • If you are using a gift card online and the total order value is less than the value of the gift card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.
  • Where goods you have purchased with a gift card in John Lewis or Waitrose shops are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or returned in John Lewis or Waitrose shops, monies owing will be refunded to a gift card.
  • If you return goods you have purchased online using gift cards, we'll credit monies owing to your online shopping account . You may also return goods to any John Lewis shop where the purchase price will be refunded to a gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • If you place an order at waitrose.com using a gift card and subsequently cancel the order before delivery, monies owing will be refunded to your gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
  • We reserve the right to amend the gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
  • Privacy and cookies
    We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). 
  • We use your information only for the following purposes:
  • Processing your offer;
  • For statistical or survey purposes to improve this Website and its services to you;
  • To serve website content and advertisements to you;
  • To administer this website;
  • To contact you about leaving a review on a service once your offer has been completed;
  • If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you
  • You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003
