Why? Because it takes about 6 months to go from inception to detailed design, you'll need this to think things through and allow time to get through the planning process. Then the build can start in summer, with completion later on in the year.

It may seem counter intuitive to start when it's cold, but you'll be thinking about lovely spaces and light-it'll help you through the winter blues!

Start in late spring and you'll be hitting autumn before you start the build....frosts, delays, it'll take longer to build basically, so allow a bit longer.
