As an interview experience, walking into a room with 4 judges and 1 facilitator, must have been rather daunting. Amongst my fellow judges were:

The standard of all the students irrespective of the course they were studying was exceptional and belied their years.
Bearing in mind that each student is nominated by their tutors as being the best female student of their year, the students also displayed truely ambassadorial (is that a word?) qualities .

The Women in Property National Student Awards were launched to celebrate the wealth of talent, enthusiasm and ambition coming into the industry through our Universities. Open to second year, female students studying a Built Environment course, 'Our aspiration, as an organisation, is to recognise excellence, encourage aptitude and nurture the role models of tomorrow, hence the Awards... ' WiP website
I attended the national awards last year with Cara Henderson, our 2010 regional awards winner, and not only did she win the final, but she had 3 job offers on the day. It really is a spring board into future careers.
